Let me ask you a question—are you someone who speaks up when you don’t agree with something, or are you quick to go quiet? Do you use your voice with confidence, or do you hold back, afraid of how others will receive your thoughts and ideas?
Our world is shifting and so are you. We are undeniably in a time of transformation, and whether we like it or not, we all play a role in that process. The question is, what role do you want to play?
When I was younger, I was raised to believe that we all had to share the same opinion—that there was a “collective correct.” But as I grew, as I embarked on my own deep personal growth journey, I realized that not only is it okay to be different, but that our differences make us stronger. We don’t need to conform. In fact, our individuality is our power.
We all have the opportunity to use our voices. Many people choose to stay quiet—whether out of fear or uncertainty, or simply because they don’t see the impact their words could have. But we have a chance to amplify—to voice our thoughts in positive, constructive ways so that we can be heard. We don’t always have to agree, but we can commit to respectful conversations that challenge and expand our perspectives.

Amplification is more than just being louder or heard. It’s about standing in your truth, embodying your message, and sharing it with the world in a way that inspires and empowers others. When I facilitate breathwork, I witness people stepping into this power—releasing fears, shedding limitations, and uncovering the voices they’ve been afraid to use.
It is an honor to guide them through these profound transformations. The lightness they feel once they allow themselves to let go is a gift.
And every time I see someone reclaim their voice, I am reminded why I love this work so much.
For me, breathwork brings together all of my strengths—transformational coaching, motivation, empathy, compassion, and the ability to hold space for deep shifts. It blends the softness of the feminine with the strength required to contain and release energy. And in doing so, it helps people amplify—amplify their voices, their self-expression, their impact.
This year has already been filled with life-altering moments—elections, natural disasters, global shifts and on a personal note, the sudden devastating death of my oldest sister Petra. Gut-wrenching to say the least. There are countless ways to use our voices to make a difference. As a coach, I’ve chosen to use mine in service of and with others. But each of us has our own unique way of amplifying. How do you want to show up in this world?
Ways to Amplify for Good:
Awareness – Understanding your voice matters and choosing to use it.
Motivation – Finding the inner drive to speak up and share your truth.
Power – Owning your impact and standing firm in your beliefs.
Love – Leading conversations with compassion and kindness, and taking responsibility for our actions/apologizing.
Inspiration – Encouraging others to step into their voices as well.
Focus – Knowing when to speak and when to listen.
You – Because your unique voice is needed in this world.
As we near the end of the first quarter of the year, I find myself reflecting. Typically, I begin planning in November, entering January with a clear vision. But this year has been different. Unexpected challenges have reshaped my priorities, and I haven’t been as consistent as I’d hoped. Yet, instead of letting these obstacles hold me back, I’m choosing to use them as momentum—to lean into my word of the year: Amplify.
This word came to me from a dream last November, and it carries deep meaning. At first, Amplify was about stepping into my voice through public speaking, completing my TEDx talk, and sharing my message on larger stages. And in many ways, that vision has already started to unfold (when you align with your truth and hold your vision firmly, the universe delivers!) - just last week, I had the incredible opportunity to speak on the business and entrepreneurship panel for Modern Day Wife's, Icon Edit, celebrating women in their era.

But now with some recent events, Amplify has taken on an even deeper meaning. It's no longer just about speaking - it's about writing, connecting, teaching, and showing up in spaces where real transformation happens.
As I move forward in 2025, I hold onto these guiding words:
Change – Embracing the shifts that come and using them to grow.Miracle – Recognizing the beauty in every breakthrough. Creation – Building something meaningful with my voice and actions.
Courage – Speak your needs and desires into existence. Change isn't easy but you matter.
Gratitude – Honoring the process, even when it looks different than expected.
Protection – Keeping my heart open while safeguarding my energy and setting clear boundaries.
I've added a fun exercise for you! See which words catch your eye first and maybe if you haven't selected your words yet use these as your words for the year. But make sure to align them to your values, actions and rationale.

So my friends, I invite you to reflect—where in your life do you need to amplify? How can you use your voice to create change, to inspire, to make an impact? Your voice matters. Your perspective matters. And the world needs you to step into it fully.
Let’s amplify together to not only create the life you want but one you want to live and love! Your world matters and so does the greater impact on our collective. A-M-P-L-I-F-Y your energy is needed. High vibes.
Be well. Do well.
All my best,

International Women's Day:
Celebrating this Iconic Day in two special ways

This weekend I was honored to be part of two amazing events to celebrate International Women's Day! On Saturday I took part in the Icon Edit event put on by The Modern Day Wife. It was so great to be part of the panel and I was honored to be part of an event geared towards helping women feel empowered and connected.
On Sunday I helped lead a Sacred Pause at the Kinn that included a Ho’oponopono Prayer with Kat Marenzi, a Sound Bath with Melody Chen, and Breathwork with me. This was such a transformative night with beautiful souls! I am honored to have facilitated with such gifted practitioners.
What an amazing way to celebrate the International Day of the Woman!
Amplify with your Breath
Join us at our upcoming Breathwork Session

True amplification starts from within. When we harness the power of our breath, we create space for clarity, confidence, and deeper self-expression. Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing stored tension, expanding our energy, and stepping into our truth with greater presence. I’m excited to bring this transformational experience to PlateFit Brentwood on March 20 at 6:00 pm. This session will be an opportunity to tap into your inner power, clear energy blocks, and amplify your potential through intentional breath. Whether you’re new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this is your chance to reconnect, reset, and rise.
Ready to join me? Mark your calendar for March 20 at 6:00 pm at PlateFit Brentwood —I’d love to see you there!
